Eu também estava enfrentando este problema e resolvi escrever um email pra eles, detalhe, notei que quando pesquisava pelo aplicativo do Ebay do iPhone ou do IPad, a pesquisa era completa.

www.ebay.com) the item does not appear, or appear few but when I use my iPad or my iPhone which has installed the application from ebay, then appears the item that I seek. Already switched between computer and also without being logged in, to take the test and always the same thing. Right now I sought, "Tag Aquagraph" by the site ebay.com, appeared only one item, however when searching for the iPad app, they appear 14 items listed. What's going on? for me this hard to do searches and purchases by the Ipad, I have to use my finger instead of the keyboard and the larger screen of the computer. Thank you for contacting eBay. I understand that you are no longer able to view some items, view options, or change your location in order to view international items that are available to other countries. I would love to explain the changes to your eBay viewing experience.
Recently, eBay has changed the way items are shown to you and members in your country. We have implemented changes that only show you items which are available to be delivered into your country. At this time, this new experience is not able to be reverted back to the previous view. We understand that for a select few members this may be not be the optimum view and experience on eBay, however for the majority of our new users this is a better and more intuitive way to experience eBay. Because a mobile app provides a mobile experience of eBay, it will be different from the actual eBay experience on eBay.com.
